Michelle is a Partner in the firm’s tax practice focused on serving the planning and compliance needs of nonprofits, manufacturers and distributors, and professional service firms. She works closely with business owners and executive directors of nonprofits to manage their assurance and audit needs, but primarily focuses on tax planning and compliance.
While she enjoys the audit and assurance work, her true passion is in estate administration. Michelle enjoys working with clients to understand their wealth and distribution goals and implementing strategies to bring them to fruition. Her deep understanding of estate tax law, wealth transfer and other planning methods makes her a formidable ally in the process. While clients respect her vast knowledge, it’s her ability to deliver creative planning methods they value most.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The College of New Jersey and a Master of Business Administration from Rider University. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New Jersey. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Mercer County Estate Planning Council. Michelle is actively involved in various civic and charitable organizations.
