Bruce S. Ludlow has over 35 years of experience in public practice, including 11 years as a partner with Groendyke Associates, P.C. Groendyke Associates P.C. merged with Klatzkin & Company LLP in 2004 and Mr. Ludlow joined Klatzkin & Company LLP as a partner.

Mr. Ludlow is a 1974 graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New Jersey Society of CPAs, and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.

Mr. Ludlow has extensive experience in audits of nonprofit organizations, including OMB A-133 Single Audits and audits performed for the New Jersey Department of Human Services.

Mr. Ludlow also has extensive experience in accounting, financial statement preparation, planning, advisory and tax services for individuals, trusts, and commercial organizations. Commercial organizations include retail, wholesale, trade, and service entities.

Mr. Ludlow is a past treasurer and director of the Mercer Chapter of the New Jersey Society of CPAs. His involvement in community affairs includes being a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County. In addition, Mr. Ludlow has been very involved with the Langhorne Athletic Association, Middletown Athletic Association, Penndel Athletic Association Lady Wildcats travel softball team, and the Philadelphia Spirit travel softball team, serving in a variety of roles.
