Barry W. Snyder is a senior partner at Klatzkin & Company LLP. He has been a member of the Klatzkin team since 1976. Mr. Snyder recently completed serving an 18 year term as the firm's managing partner.

Mr. Snyder has extensive experience in the audits of both commercial and nonprofit organizations. He has been involved with audits of HUD Projects, OMB Circular A-133 Single Audits, government audits under GAO Yellow Book, and Title XX audits performed for the New Jersey Department of Human Services. He also performs compliance reviews on financial statements which are compiled, reviewed, or audited by the firm.

Mr. Snyder earned a Certificate of Educational Achievement from the American Institute of CPAs in personal financial planning and has passed the Uniform National Examination for Certified Financial Planners. He performs tax, retirement and other financial planning for the firm's clients.

Mr. Snyder is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He graduated with honors and placed in the top 1% in the country of those taking the AICPA Level II Achievement Test. He is a certified public accountant in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New Jersey Society of CPAs, and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.

Mr. Snyder currently serves as the treasurer for the Mercer County Radio Control Society. He is past treasurer, vice president, and president of the Mercer Chapter of the New Jersey Society of CPAs, past chair of the United Way Allocations Coordinating Committee, and past president of the Yardley-Lower Makefield Jaycees. Mr. Snyder has been an audit reviewer for the Bucks County United Way and served as vice president on the board of the Trenton Business Assistance Corporation. He is an active member of the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce and is on the Fulton Bank Business Development Council.
